Please do not send confidential or sensitive personal information through the website unless we have agreed an appropriate way to receive it.

  • arrange and deliver consultations, coaching and related services;
  • manage our relationship with clients and prospective clients;
  • send the newsletter and other updates when you have asked to receive them;

  • Calendly for consultation bookings;
  • Google services for analytics, tag management, meetings and related scheduling;
  • Mailchimp for newsletter registration and email delivery;
  • CookieScript for recording and managing cookie choices;
  • Netlify for website hosting; and
  • podcast, video and social platforms when their content or links are used.

These providers process personal data under their own terms and privacy information, or on our behalf where they act as a processor. We share only the information reasonably needed for the relevant service.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we use providers and transfer arrangements intended to provide an appropriate level of protection under UK data-protection law.
