I’ll be hosting a workshop at UX Bristol 2022 on July 15th, held once again at the awesome M-Shed venue in the heart of the city.
The workshop, Tell me more about that: How to go deeper in your interviews has been designed to teach coaching techniques that can be used in user research interviews to get deeper understanding of problem spaces, behaviours, beliefs, values and needs.
I’ve been attending UX Bristol since the first time I hosted a workshop in 2015 with Harry Brignull and keep going back because it is the only event in the UK where the sessions are practical learning based instead of thought pieces or case study demos from a speaker.
This will be my third experience as a session host, and I can’t wait to share with everyone my experience of running research since becoming a certified coach and how it has enhanced my practice.
